Board of Directors
Description of Committee
The Board of Directors generously provide their time, expertise, and leadership to bring your organization quality insurance products and services. Board members actively manage, develop, and oversee PRISM and its future. Meetings are held three times a year, on the first Friday of March, June, and October.
County Board Members
- 54 county board members and alternates
- Appointed by the Board of Supervisors at each county
Public Entity Board Members
- Ten public entity board members, including three alternates
- Appointed by the public entity membership
Responsibilities
- Manage operations and affairs
- Review and adopt annual operating budget
- Elect officers and Executive Committee members
- Vested with authority to exercise all powers and conduct business for PRISM.
