General Liability 2 Committee
Description of Committee
- All county members of the GL2 Program have one voting seat on the Committee with no term expiration
- Each public entity member has a voting seat, and can appoint an alternate in their absence, as long as the county seats make up 60% of the voting seats
- Typically meets 5 to 6 times a year at the PRISM office or by web conference
- Program committee that makes all decisions regarding the Program
Responsibilities
- Reviews all matters pertaining to the GL2 Program, including:
- Program funding
- Coverage
- Claims
- Program services
- New member applications
