Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program has been designed to help public sector employers and their planned participants effectively manage unique workplace issues.
Offered through Anthem and Concern, the EAP offers access to life assistance services, behavioral health appointments, wellness coaching, financial/legal and elder care assistance. In addition, members can access on-site and/or online training sessions that cover employee skill development, workplace safety and management development. PRISM has developed and negotiated volume pricing for these services, and pooled renewals ensure greater long-term rate stability.
Program Offerings:
- Face-to-Face and Telehealth Counseling
- Work/Life Balance services
- Wellness Coaching
- Extensive Training Manual for Employee Engagement
