PRISM Vision program members are able to select between two leading vision care providers, Vision Service Plan (VSP) and Medical Eye Services (MES). The vision program offers custom plan designs tailored for the needs of the entity, while capitalizing on pooled renewals with multi-year rate guarantees.

• Signature and Choice Provider Network options
• Current VSP clients that join via PRISM Vision often experience premium/rate reduction
• Additional VSP services include savings on Lasik surgery and discounted hearing aids

• Self-insured and fully insured participation options
• Shelf plan options available with a large range of possible co-pays and benefit frequencies
• Retail distribution locations include LensCrafters/Pearle Vision, Target Optical, Sunglass Hut, and Oakley
